Teleprecision units:

Support, maintenance and repair of the Teleprecision range of DVRs is now handled by Intelligent Video

System installers and maintainers with systems supplied less than a year ago have access to free telephone and remote support.

Support for units supplied before this time is available by e-mail or through a support agreement.

Our support desk is open Monday to Friday 10am to 4:30pm. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support directly to end-users.


Annual support:

A per-system fee starting at £15+VAT per month allows access to our telephone support line for configuration advice and problem solving.

A monthly system health check is carried out and we provide a diagnostic report which can give an early warning of potential problems.

Additionally, the statistical breakdown of activations by detector can highlight malfunctions and false alarm problems.

E-mail support:

For systems with no support agreement in place, support requests can be e-mailed to techsupport@intelligentvideo.tv

In order to investigate, please be sure to include the system serial number and attach the "Sentinel" and "Application" logs with your description of the issue.

These logs can be obtained from the unit using the freely available Remote Administration Tool
